How do I place order?
You can purchase or preorder figurines directly from our shop. If you’d like something custom-made, please email us at info@santerra.com with details about your idea. Feel free to include reference images of the character and the desired pose. Please note that creating a custom model involves an additional charge.
Is it safe to purchase from you?
Yes. Our website uses secure Shopify Payments, which releases funds to us only after your order is fulfilled. In addition, we are a registered business in the UK (Santerra LTD), giving you full peace of mind.
When will I get my order?
The delivery time depends on the complexity of your order and our current workload. As a small studio, we carefully handcraft each figurine, which takes time to make it truly special. Typically, one figurine may take 1–2 weeks to produce. Shipping times vary depending on your location and can range from a few days to a few weeks.
If you need your order urgently, we can prioritise it for an additional 50% fee.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship worldwide. We charge only the standard postal fee, with no additional hidden charges.
